KP501A Generation 4.5 mechanical and intelligent ionizing rod is kapper's latest developed and produced intelligent anti-static devices, it can eliminate the static electricity on object surfaces.
KP501A Generation 4.5 mechanical and intelligent ionizing rod is an anti-static device commonly used to eliminate the electrostatic dust. It forms a complete set with compressed air and 4.6 KV KP401A Generation 4.5 mechanical and intelligent high-voltage power supply. The length can be customized according to customer requirements.
KP501A Generation 4.5 mechanical and intelligent ionizing rod can produce large amounts of airflow with positive and negative charges to neutralize the charges on the objects.Negative orpositive charges on the object surface will attract opposite charges in the air, so that the static electricity on the object surfaces will be neutralized and eliminated.
KP501A Generation 4.5 mechanical and intelligent ionizing rod is widely used in sheet material processing, slitting, coil stock and other similar occasions to eliminate static electricity.
Features
1) Device of novel design, it’ s finely made with exquisite appearance.
2) It’ s an aluminum alloy rod with electrodeless induction which guarantees the excellent safety performance.

Safety
- Please read the operating manual carefully before installing and using this equipment.
- The whole equipment must be reliably earthed; otherwise it will be easily burned out.
- Air source of the rod should be clean after filtering out the water, grease and dust.
- It is forbidden to touch high voltage ion needles of the rod in operation.
- It’ s inadvisable to use this equipment under the humidity which is over 70%.
- It is strictly prohibited to use this equipment in the inflammable and explosive environment.
